FAST MEAL PREP HACK🔥VEGAN FRENCH TOAST! 🔥

Try this awesome vegan French toast recipe for breakfast! It’s great if you are an high endurance athlete or you are trying to build muscle!

This is a very high carb and high protein dish!

Ingredients:
French Toast
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Dash Sweetener or Sugar
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Almond Extract
Dash Vanilla Extract

 

Tofurkey Stir Fry:
1 Tofurkey Sausage
1 Cup Chopped Onions
6 Grape Tomatoes
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
Dash Season Salt and Garlic
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Servivita Pancake Syrup
Serving Size for 1

Macronutrients:
Protein: 48g
Carbs: 100g
Fat: 20g

Directions:
First set both pans on medium heat. Then for the French toast add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl except the bread to make the batter.

Once batter is made. Dip the bread on both sides in the batter. Use cooking spray for the pan and place the bread and cook french toast on both sides.

Repeat process depending on how much you want to make.

For the tofurkey stir fry. Spray oil into cooking pan and add all the ingredients chopped into the pan. And just cook and stir fry.

When both dishes are done add everything together into 1 plate and add syrup.
