FAST DESSERT SMOOTHIE HACK
Tired of drinking the same plan protein shake or smoothie. Smoothies doesn’t have to always be boring and it can be fun, sweet, and delicious while being super macro friendly!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Purified Water
- 2 Scoops Favorite Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Tofutti Cream Cheese
- Dash Truvia or Stevia Sweetener
Macronutrients:
Protein: 52g
Carbs: 23g Fat: 24g
*To lower the nutrients you can do 1 scoop of protein powder, peanut butter, and tofutti cream cheese. Plus 1 cup of almond milk and take out the water.

Carbs: 13g
Fat: 14g
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and pour in mason jar! That’s it!!! Enjoy your dessert smoothie!!
