- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Purified Water
- 2 Scoops Favorite Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Tofutti Cream Cheese
- Dash Truvia or Stevia Sweetener
Carbs: 23g Fat: 24g
*To lower the nutrients you can do 1 scoop of protein powder, peanut butter, and tofutti cream cheese. Plus 1 cup of almond milk and take out the water.
Single Serving “Smaller Portion”
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and pour in mason jar! That’s it!!! Enjoy your dessert smoothie!!
