FAST MEAL PREP HACK VEGAN PANCAKES

Well, I have this fantastic vegan pancake recipe that is fast and easy to make.
This recipe is great if you’re a high endurance athlete or trying to add some muscle.
If you are trying to lose weight then I would just reduce the portion size of the ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp Vegan Egg (Follow Your Heart)
1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Truvia (Optional)
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Almond Extract
Dash Vanilla Extract
Olive Oil Spray
Sugar-Free Sryup
Macronutrients: (Full batter used)
Protein: 25g
Carbs: 98g
Fat: 7g
Directions: place pan on medium heat. Then add all ingredients in mixing bowl exception to the olive oil spray and syrup.
Mix everything with an egg beater—a light spray of olive oil in a pan. And add your batter and cook on both sides of pancakes.
Then add your favorite toppings!
You can add fruits like strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc. Also, you can add any type of sides like tofu scramble, which you can find that in my previous video.
