- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Purified Water
- 2 Scoops Favorite Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Tofutti Cream Cheese @tofuttibrands
- 1 Tbsp Stevia Sweetener @pyureorganic
- Protein: 52g
- Carbs: 23g
- Fat: 24g
To lower the nutrients you can do 1 scoop of protein powder, peanut butter, and tofutti cream cheese. Plus 1 cup of almond milk and take out the water.
