HIGH PROTEIN STUFF BELL PEPPERS

Here is a great alternative to stuff peppers! Take the beef out and this can be a great dish if you are trying to do a meatless Monday or if you are already vegan and want something that is fast and easy to make! Great for family and friends as well!

  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • Trader Joe’s Meatless Crumbles
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Hot Sauce

Macro Nutrients:
Protein: 59g
Carbs: 48g
Fat: 7g

*Note: You can always use 1 Bell Pepper or just use romaine lettuce to lower the carbs a bit!

Cooking Time: 15 – 20mins

Place all ingredients in a skillet except the bell peppers and have it cook on low – medium heat. Cut the top of the bell pepper and rip the core out. Place the bell peppers inside a air fryer for about 10 mins. Now place the meatless crumbles after it’s warmed up and cooked inside the bell pepper. Now you have some high protein vegan bell peppers!
