  • 438g Canned Black Beans w/ Salt
  • 3 Baby Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Onions
  • 6 Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Garlic Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce (Vegan)

Calories & Macronutrients:
870 Calories
Protein: 84g
Carbs: 116g
Fat: 6g

*This dish can be separated into 6 servings!

Single Serving:
141 Calories
Protein: 14g
Carbs: 19g
Fat: 1g

Directions:
Place pan on low medium heat and place all ingredients into the pan. When it comes to the seasoning just do a couple dishes of everything the same with the hot sauce.

Cover and let it cook for 10 mins top! Food is ready to serve!
