High Protein Vegan Egg Salad!

Being vegan can make this a little difficult when serving foods to friends.
Don’t worry I have a great alternative when it comes to making some side dishes for your vegan bbq.
Vegan Egg Salad
VEGAN EGG SALAD
Ingredients:
- 💥455g Extra Firm Tofu
- 💥1 Tbsp Veganaise
- 💥 1/2 Cup (Chopped) Onions
- 💥 3 Grape Tomatoes
- 💥2 Collard Leaves
- 💥Nutritional Yeast
- 💥Adobo Season Salt
- 💥Paprika Powder
- 💥Cayenne Pepper
- 💥Minced Garlic
- 💥 Black Sulfur Salt
Macronutrients & Calories
- Protein: 80g
- Carbs: 40g
- Fat: 49g *Note this meal prep can be split into 5 servings!
Single Serving
- Protein: 16g
- Carbs: 8g
- Fat: 10g
Directions:
Place pan on low heat. Drain tofu and smash it into crumbles and add all ingredients into the pan. When it comes to the seasoning. Do a couple of dashes of everything that’s listed. Be carful with the paprika and cayenne because it’s spicy. Mix and turn off heat and meal prep is ready to serve.
