High Protein Vegan Spaghetti
This spaghetti is for people who want to build lean muscle mass.
Most spaghetti recipes are just high in carbs and fat, which only add weight on the scale.
I made this high protein spaghetti to build muscle, low in fat, and healthy.

- Carbs: 57g
- Fat: 18g
- 56g Chickpea Pasta @eatbanza
- 125g Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup Shiitake Mushrooms (chopped)
- 1/4 cup White Onions (chopped)
- 50g Bell Peppers
- 3 Meatless Meat Balls @gardein
- 1 cup Kale
Iron Pan @lecreuset
Spray olive oil in an iron skillet and sauté all the vegetables. Place noodles into a boiling pot and cook it until softened. Add olive oil in boiling water to reduce sticking.
Place meatless meatballs into the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15 mins.
Once vegetables are sautéed, add marinara sauce, nutritional yeast, meatless meatballs, and stir.
Strain cook noodles and build your spaghetti dish.
