Continue to eat healthy foods throughout the day. Especially if you’re already on a meal plan. Eat those meals so your portions when it comes to thanksgiving dinner. Isn’t too much food in one sitting.

  1. Choose Health Foods

Even during Thanksgiving dinner today. Choose concious healthy foods. Fill your plate with tons of vegetables and low starchy foods that is high in fiber to get full faster. Then when it’s time to have dessert you’ll have a small portion or nothing at all.
