I don’t believe in boring meal preps
They should have flavor, needs to be fast, and also healthy! Do you believe the same thing? You want to lose weight and eat healthy. But the foods has to have some flavor and must be fun! Through counting macros I learned how to make this fast and easy Chinese food meal prep hack!

Ingredients: 159g
Trader Joe’s Vegetable Fried Rice
2.5 Cups California Veggie Blend
5 oz No Evil Foods Comrade Cluck
3 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce
Directions: This is one of the simplest things to do. Just place the fried rice and veggies into the air fryer and set it up to, 10 – 15 mins high heat. (Stir periodically) Set skillet on medium heat. After that place the comrade cluck into a skillet and pour the soyaki sauce on top. Cook until the sauce starts to get really sticky or caramelize into the mock meat. Check on air fryer and make sure everything is cooked thoroughly. Then your done and place everything on a plate.
