Well this recipe will make you think twice and have you wanting more of this high protein plant based dish! There is a lot of protein on a plant based diet. I made this recipe just to prove how much protein you can get in a dish. This is really great if you are transitioning or just trying to prove someone who loves meat that you can get more than enough protein on a vegan diet.

Ingredients
💥2 Cups Trader Joe’s Beefless Ground Crumbles
💥1 No Evil Foods Stallion Sausage 💥425g Trader Joe’s Extra Firm Tofu
💥1 Slice Vio Life Cheddar Cheese
💥6 Grape Tomatoes
💥1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
💥1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
💥1 Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach
💥Brag’s Liquid Aminos
💥Turmeric Seasoning
💥Chopped Garlic
💥Nando’s Garlic Medium Sauce

Place pan on medium heat and place the frozen spinach in first so it can defrost.
Smash tofu in crumbles with a potato smasher.
Chop up stallion sausage.
Then place all ingredients inside pan, mix, and cover!
Let it cook for about 15 – 20 mins and enjoy!
