It is my high protein vegan soup, that will add muscle and burn that fat off!
Macronutrients: (Serving Size 1)
- Protein 63g
- Carbs 37
- Fat 10g
- 7.5 oz Seitan Traditional @sweetearthfoods
- 2 Cups Miso or Ramen Broth @oceanshalo
- 2 Cups California Blend Vegetables
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Place broth and vegetables into a soup bowl. Place soup in the microwave and cook for 4 mins.
Place seitan into the air fryer and cool for about 4 mins.
Add all ingredients together when everything has finishers cooking, calm, and enjoy!
