Vegan Protein Oats

STOP EATING BORING OATS TRY FAST & EASY PROTEIN OATS

Do you like oatmeal? Do you want to spice up your breakfast? I love oats, but since I count macronutrients, I notice that oats are so low in protein but high in carbs. Try adding these ingredients to your oatmeal to make it more macro-friendly and getting more protein for breakfast.

Macronutrients:
Protein 29g
Carbs 67g
Fat 20g

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 Tbsp grounded peanut butter
1 scoop your favorite vegan protein powder
144g Strawberries
2 cups hot water

Directions: Add all ingredients into the bowl of oats except the strawberries and stir. Once everything is mixed, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Add strawberries on top and enjoy!
