Because this prep is super easy and you don’t even need a kitchen. This is super fast to make and very limited equipment is required. Ingredients:

💥55g Trader Joe’s Beef-Less Crumbles
💥1 Cup Lentil Vegetable Soup
💥228g High Protein Tofu

Macronutrients:
Protein: 72g
Carbs: 44g
Fat: 23g

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe dish and place it in a the microwave with a lid over the top but not closed all the way. Cook the food in microwave for about 4 mins and your done. Use soy sauce as seasoning.
