Because in todayās fast meal prep hack I am making one of my favorite dishes. Vegan chicken, rice, and beans! This dish is filled with protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals!Ā Try this fast meal prep and enjoy your diet!
Ingredients:
400g Frango āchickenā by Superbom
300g Salada VerĆ£o āFrozen Veggiesā Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, and String Beans
1 Cup (100g) Chopped Onions
1 Cup (90g) Chopped Mushrooms
Pre-Cook and Self Serve Depending On Your Macros!
Big Pot Pre Cooked Black Beans
Big Pot Pre Cooked Brown or White Rice
Total Macros: (Without Rice & Beans)

I Use 1 cup (195g) of white rice and 1/2 cup (125g) black beans in the video.

Directions:
First youāre going to cook and defrost the Frango and frozen veggies. Next chop up your onions, bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Then to take all the ingredients and cook them all together. The rice and beans should be pre-cooked because if youāre meal prepping. You can always take out your servings and quickly warm that up separately. Once every thing is defrost and cooked you are done!
