Don’t worry; I have an oatmeal pancake have that is fast and easy to make.
My oatmeal pancakes are gluten-free, low carbs, and high in protein.

Serves up to 4 pancakes
- Protein: 32g
- Carbs: 56g

One pancake
- Protein: 8g
- Carbs: 14g
- Fat: 6g
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Scoop of Favorite Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Water
- Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
Have a nonstick pan placed on medium heat. Place all ingredients except olive oil spray can into a food processor and blend.
Do a light coat olive oil spray on to the pan and create your pancakes.
