Have No Time to Train While You Travel?? One of the things I like to do on a tight schedule is this: I don’t try to fit all my workouts into my schedule, but I try to do some things. So I always make sure I do my cardio for example. When you do cardio, you can burn a lot of calories, and burning more calories actually allows you to regain less fat when it comes to going out and having fun. Being on vacation and staying fit is all about staying active overall. I do about 30 minutes to an hour on the elliptical so I burn around 300-800 calories in just one session.
