Your meal prep is looking boring and you want to spice it up?

Well, I have a meal prep hack that can help you out. My vegan pizza is a great diet alternative, super macro-friendly, and high in protein.

Remember this is pizza so when it comes to the macros this is great for making at home vs going out or buying a commercial brand.
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
28g diaya pepper-jack shreds
1 tofurkey sausage
1/2 cup tomato basil sauce
1 Angelic Bakehouse flatbread pizza crust
Place oven on 400 degrees. Spread tomato sauce evenly on pizza crust. Add all toppings on top of the pizza crust. Insert pizza on a nonstick pan and insert it in the oven for about 10 – 15 mins. Once pizza crust is crispy or vegan cheese has melted.
Take pizza out of the oven and let it cool for 5 Mins.
