Don’t worry; I have an oatmeal pancake have that is fast and easy to make.

My oatmeal pancakes are gluten-free, low carbs, and high in protein.

Macronutrients:

Serves up to 4 pancakes

  • Protein: 32g
  • Carbs: 56g
  • Fat: 24g

 

One pancake

  • Protein: 8g
  • Carbs: 14g
  • Fat: 6g

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Scoop of Favorite Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Olive Oil Spray

Directions:

Have a nonstick pan placed on medium heat. Place all ingredients except olive oil spray can into a food processor and blend.

Do a light coat olive oil spray on to the pan and create your pancakes.

Make sure each side is cooked and get ready to eat. Make sure you use your favorite calorie-free, sugar-free, vegan syrup topping from Servivita.
