It is my kale and orange juice blend.

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: 7g
  • Carbs: 27g
  • Fat:1g

Ingredients:

  • One medium orange
  • 128g Curly Kale
  • Unsweetened almond milk or water is optional to dilute the drink.

Directions:

Place ingredients in Vitamix and blend.

Add water or almond milk if it comes out too think.
