Vegan Egg & Sausage Bagel 🥯
- Protein: 35g
- Carbs: 65g
- Fat: 22g
- 1 Vegan Breakfast Sausage @gardein
- 1/4 cup white onions (chopped)
- 50g bell peppers (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Shiitake Mushrooms (chopped)
- 9 tbsp Just Egg @eatjust
- 1 Bagel @daveskillerbread
- Olive oil spray
- Sugar-free syrup @servivita_usa
- 🔪 @korinknives
- Nonstick pan @hexclad
- Iron skillet @lecreuset
First, spray olive oil in an iron skillet and sauté all the vegetables on medium heat.
Place breakfast sausage in an air fryer and cook for about 5 – 10 mins.
Spray olive oil in a nonstick pan, pour just egg into the pan and cook all the way through.
Place the sauteed vegetables on top of the just egg and fold.
Take the cooked sausage out of the air fryer and place the bagel inside the air fryer for a light toast.
