New High Protein Tofurky Cheeseburger
Did you know that @the_tofurky_company just made a brand new vegan burger?
I didn’t until @vegnews did a contest to try them out.
I’m super happy that I won the contest and was one of the few people to try out Tofurky’s new vegan burger.
It’s a great alternative if you are a new vegan coming from eating beef to plants.
As well, a great burger to introduce to your non-vegan friends so they can have a healthier burger with a delicious taste!

Ingredients: (Makes 6 Servings)
- Two packs Tofurky Plant-Based Burgers @the_tofurky_company
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cup Sautéed Onions, Bell Peppers, and Garlic
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 6 Romaine Lettuce Leafs
- Vegan Cheese
- Hamburger Buns
- Olive Oil Spray
First, place your nonstick pan on medium heat and spray a light coat of olive oil spray.
Take plant-based meat and mix it with the sautéed veggies in a mixing bowl. Make six patties with your hands and place the patties in the pan and cook both sides.
Place vegan cheese on top of the burgers when they are done so the cheese can melt.
Build your burger with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.
