I love tacos, and I use to enjoy going to Taco Bell to get something fast and convenient, but the food is not organic, and it’s high in sodium.
It is a great alternative option that you can do at home, and it’s fast to make and fun if you have kids.

- 100g Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 336g Smart Ground Crumbles @lightlifefoods
- 100g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Sour Cream @tofuttibrands
- 102g Chopped Avocado
- 100g White Onions
- 80g Bell Peppers
- 100g Shiitake Mushrooms
- 28g Shredded Vegan Cheddar Cheese @daiyafoods
- 1 Lime
- 2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 2 Taco Shells @gardenofeatinchips
- Cayenne Pepper
- Olive Oil Spray
Spray olive oil spray in an iron pan to sauté chopped onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms on medium heat.
Spray olive oil spray in a nonstick pan and cook the smart crumbles with cayenne pepper on medium heat.
Place taco shells in an air fryer for about 2 – 5 mins.
Place all cook items to the side and build your tacos!
