I have an easy recipe and fasts to make. It is called my Buddha bowl recipe!
The best thing about Buddha bowls; there are no rules when making them. It is effortless to create, and you can interchange the ingredients to any veg angle you desire.
Here is my version of my Buddha bowl that is super macro friendly and can help you melt fat!
Macronutrients: (Serving Size 1 Bowl)
- Protein: 34g
- Carbs: 67g
- Fat: 15g
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Edamame Unshelled
- 1 Cup Black Beans Pre-cooked
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1 Cup Shiitake Mushrooms
- 51g Avocados
- Nutritional Yeast
- Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
Directions:
First, place edamame and broccoli in the air fryer into sections. Let it cook for about 3 – 5 mins. Place the black beans in the microwave for 60 seconds.
Pour some liquid aminos on top of the mushrooms, mix, and let it sit.
Now add the mushrooms into the air fryer and let it cook more until everything is warmed and crisp.
Build your bowl, add your nutritional yeast, and enjoy it!
