Vegan Chicken and vegetables!
Macronutrients: (serving size 1)
- Protein: 23g
- Carbs: 13g
- Fat: 12g
- 2 Chickn Scallopini @gardein
- 1 cup California Blend Vegetables
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 Lemon
- Dash Black Pepper
- Dash Sea Salt
- Olive Oil Spray
Spray a nonstick pan with olive oil on medium heat. Place both chick’n scallopini into the pan. When both sides have a golden crisp, squeeze the lemon on top of the scallopini.
Place the spinach inside the pan cover and turn off the heat.
Steam California blend vegetables for about 5 mins.
Build your plate, add salt and pepper, and enjoy.
