FAST MEAL PREP HACK: PROTEIN OATS

HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST OATS!

Need something that is light but also warm and high in protein? Here’s a great cereal dish that will give you all the protein you need to help you start the morning. This is my high protein oats recipe. Breakfast is one of the most important meals to have in the day.

Also being vegan, everyone worries about getting protein. So here is a great hack that will help you out!

Ingredients:
💥1 Cup Rolled Oats
💥2 Scoops Favorite Vegan Protein Powder
💥144g Strawberries
💥1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
💥1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
💥1 Cup Water
💥Truvia Sugar Sweetener
💥Pumpkin Spice Powder
💥Cinnamon Powder

Macros:
Protein: 58g
Carbs: 81g
Fat: 17g

Note: If you are on a deficit or low carb diet just split the ingredients in half.

Directions:
Place pot on stove and set heat on high.
Place oats, protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, water, and sprinkle sweetener inside the pot and stir till thickens.
Place oats in a bowl, add chopped strawberries and sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin spice powder on top.
