400g Frango “chicken” by Superbom
300g Salada Verão “Frozen Veggies” Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, and String Beans
1 Cup (100g) Chopped Onions
1 Cup (90g) Chopped Mushrooms
Pre-Cook and Self Serve Depending On Your Macros!
Big Pot Pre Cooked Black Beans
Big Pot Pre Cooked Brown or White Rice

Rice and Beans Macros:
I Use 1 cup (195g) of white rice and 1/2 cup (125g) black beans in the video.
First you’re going to cook and defrost the Frango and frozen veggies. Next chop up your onions, bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Then to take all the ingredients and cook them all together. The rice and beans should be pre-cooked because if you’re meal prepping. You can always take out your servings and quickly warm that up separately. Once every thing is defrost and cooked you are done!
