If you love egg rolls, then you are going to love this! Vegan egg roll bowl. This dish is immune, boosting, macro-friendly, and can help with fat loss.
I’ve taken out the fried bread that makes egg rolls fattening—and eating everything healthy and super delicious!
Macronutrients: Serving size 3 Protein: 80g Carbs: 55g Fat: 21g
Single Serving Macronutrients: Protein: 27g Carbs:18g Fat:7g Ingredients: 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix 330g Litelife Smart Ground Crumbles 6 tbsp JUST Egg 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce Olive Oil Spray
Directions: First, place both pans on medium heat and spray it with olive oil. Then place coleslaw into the iron skillet and stir fry until halfway cooked.
Once cooked halfway, place it on a plate and put it to the side. Then in a none stick pan, place the just egg into it and cook it. When it’s almost cooked all the way, then move the vegan egg to the side of the pan. And place the smart crumbles into the pan.
Once it warms up and the vegan egg is cooked all the way. Mix everything within the pan and place everything on top of the coleslaw.
The last thing is to add the soyaki sauce and mix everything, and you’re done.
