💥3 Baby Bell Peppers
💥1 Cup Kale
💥Nutritional Yeast
💥Adobo Season Salt
💥Paprika Powder
💥Cayenne Pepper
💥Minced Garlic

Protein: 80g
Carbs: 40g
Fat: 49g *Note this meal prep can be split into 5 servings!

Single Serving

Protein: 16g
Carbs: 8g
Fat: 10g

Directions:

Place pan on low heat. Drain tofu and smash it into crumbles and add all ingredients into the pan. When it comes to the seasoning. Do a couple of dashes of everything that’s listed. Be carful with the paprika and cayenne because it’s spicy. Mix and turn off heat and meal prep is ready to serve.
