FAST MEAL PREP SNACK VEGAN ICE CREAM

I know the feeling and in the beginning I had my fair share of snacks. But I notice that my energy levels were going down and weight slowly started to go up.
So I started to make natural fruit ice cream to make my sugar cravings instantly disappear.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
140g Blueberries
1 Tbsp Vegan Cream Cheese
A Splash of Almond Milk
Macronutrients: 2 Servings
Protein 1g
Carbs: 38g
Fat:4g
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high power blender like a vitamix. You will get the best texture of the ice cream. Blend and use the push stick to mix. Do this for about 25 seconds.
Place ice cream into two bowls and enjoy!
