Tofu Stir Fry Meal Prep
Macronutrients:

Ingredients:
- 9 oz Extra Firm Tofu @hodofoods
- 1.2 cup California Blend Veggies
- 50g Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Chopped Purple Onions
- 51g Avocado
- 64g Chopped Kale
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- Liquid Aminos
- Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
First, steam California blend veggies in purified water for about 5 – 10 mins.
Now it’s time to create avocado and kale salad. In a large mixing bowl, place kale and avocado, and mix it with your hands. Squeeze lemon into the salad, mix again with your hands and build your salad with the tomatoes and onions in a separate plate.
Have the extra firm tofu chopped in even squares and have it marinate in liquid aminos for 5 mins. Spray olive oil in a nonstick pan, place on medium heat, and stir fry the tofu.
Add garlic to the pan to add extra flavor. Build the rest of your dish and enjoy it.
