Vegan Sausage Salad!
Super easy to make and very fast to prepare.
- Protein: 45g
- Carbs: 33g
- Fat: 37g
- 1/4 cup Purple Onions (chopped)
- 50g Bell Peppers
- 51g Avocado
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Italian Tofurkey Sausage @the_tofurky_company
- 1 Tomato (boiled and peeled)
- 85g Lettuce
- 3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
Boil the tomato with the core cut out for 2 mins. Place it in cold water, peel the skin, and cut into small squares.
Chop tofurkey sausage into small slices and stir fry it into an iron skillet with the garlic.
Build your salad and add the rest of the ingredients on top.
Enjoy your salad!
