Well, here’s my favorite recipe that I love to make when introducing Veganism to anyone, and that’s my vegan cheesecake.
Macronutrients (Serving 1)
- Protein 5g
- Carbs 23g
- Fat 27g
Ingredients (Servings 8)
- 1 Graham Cracker or Oreo Crust @oreo
- 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
- 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Stevia
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Syrup @servivita_usa
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 – 5 oz Almond Yogurt
- 1/2 Lime Squeezed
- 24 oz or three containers of Vegan Cream Cheese @tofuttibrands
- Pinch Salt
Place oven on bake at 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients except crust inside and blend with a hand blender for 2 mins.
Place batter into the crust and spread evenly. Place aluminum foil inside the oven to prevent spillage from the cheesecake.
Place cheesecake inside the oven and let it bake for about 90 mins.
Once done, place cheesecake inside the fridge and let it cool for 24 hours.
Enjoy the vegan dessert and add sugar-free vegan chocolate syrup on top or fruits, which is optional.
