I use to love going to Denny’s or IHOP; it was my go-to breakfast place.

I created a Vegan American Slam!
Macronutrients: (serving size 1)
- Protein: 52g
- Carbs: 43g
- Fat: 32g
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/2 cup (50g) White Onions
- 1/2 cup (50g) Bell Peppers
- 1/2 (51g) Avocado
- 1 Mexican Chipotle @fieldroast Sausage
- 9 Tbsp Just Egg @eatjust
- Olive Oil Spray
Spray olive oil onto a nonstick pan and place the just egg into the pan and let it cook all the way through on medium heat.
Spray iron pan with olive oil and place field roast sausage into the pan and cook on medium heat until ready.
You can also sauté the onions, bell peppers, and kale in the iron skillet.
Once the just egg is done, you can add the sautéed veggies into the nonstick pan and mix everything as a scramble.
Build your plate, and you’re done.
You can add toast or any other side dish you want. Just remember that it will add more carbs to your diet.
