Are you a pasta lover?
Are you trying to lose fat?
Are you trying to keep your carbs low?
Well, I love pasta, and when I am trying to cut my carbs and eat something a lot healthier than process made pasta.
I choose my whole food alternative, which is zucchini!
Zucchini is an excellent source of potassium, which helps with muscle growth!
Zucchini is also a low carb source but high in nutrient density.
Try this healthy alternative dish and lay off the processed garbage!

- 1 Medium Zucchini (Spiral Slice)
- 1 Cup (125g) Tomato Basil Marinara
- 1/2 Cup White Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup (50g) Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Mexican Chipotle Sausage (chopped)
- Olive Oil Spray
- Veggetti Spiral Vegetable Slicer
Use the veggetti spiral slicer on the zucchini to make your pasta.
On an iron skillet, spray it with olive oil on medium heat. Place all your chopped veggies and sauté it. Then add the marinara sauce and the vegan Mexican chipotle sausage and lower the temperature.
Let it sit and cover so the sauce and the sausage can warm up and be the same temperature as the veggies.
Build your dish and enjoy it.
