High Protein Low Carb Vegan Chicken Salad!

Do you think going vegans just eat salad?

Are you trying to transition to a vegan lifestyle?

Do you want to lose weight?

When I first went vegan, I thought I would be eating lettuce for the rest of my life.

Being vegan for eight years, I have learned many meat alternatives to create more diversity within my lifestyle.

It is still essential to eat tons of whole plant-based foods, but if you combine your dish with both.

You can have some of the most amazing dishes and enjoy some of your favorite recipes without consuming meat.

I have a recipe that will trump any boring salad. That’s my vegan chicken salad recipe.
