High Protein Low Carb Vegan Chicken Salad!

Being vegan for eight years, I have learned many meat alternatives to create more diversity within my lifestyle.

You can have some of the most amazing dishes and enjoy some of your favorite recipes without consuming meat.

I have a recipe that will trump any boring salad. That’s my vegan chicken salad recipe.

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: 37g
  • Carbs: 30g
  • Fat: 34g

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Purple Onions
  • 51g Avocado
  • 2 @gardein Chick’n Scallopini
  • 85g Romaine Heart Lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • Olive Oil Spray

Dressings: Calorie Free Cesar or Balsamic from @servivita_usa

Chef Knife: @korinknives

Directions:
Chop your vegan chick’n into strips and spray olive oil to a nonstick pan—Grill the chick’n strips and garlic into the pan on medium heat.

Build you and design your salad. Add strips on top and enjoy with your favorite dressings!
