MISS EGGS AS A VEGAN? DON’T WORRY TRY VEGAN OMELETTE!
Are you tired of eating tofu scramble?
Can’t find a great egg substitute?
Are you a new vegan looking to replace your eggs?
When I use to consume meat, I ate eggs pretty much every day.
Omelette was one of my favorite breakfasts, but once I went vegan for many years, I just never looked back.
I made egg replacements like tofu scramble, but it’s not the same as an omelet until now.
I have made a vegan omelet!
- Protein: 40g
- Carbs: 28g
- Fat: 29g
- 30g Bell Peppers (Chopped)
- 30g Curly Kale (Chopped)
- 30g White Onions (Chopped)
- 30g Shiitake Mushrooms (Chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- 9 Tbsp Just Egg @eatjust
- 1 Field Roast Frankfurter @fieldroast
- 1 Slice Smoke Gouda @followyourheart
- Olive Oil Spray
Place an iron skillet and nonstick pan on medium heat and spray with olive oil spray.
Sauté all the vegetables and the field roast sausage in the iron skillet. Pour the just egg in the nonstick pan and cook until it bubbles up.
Once the just egg kind of cooked through and only one side has a golden color, place the smoked gouda in the middle of the omelet with the rest of the sautéed vegetables and sausage.
Fold the omelet and let it sit for another minute and ready to eat!
