Stuffed Bell Peppers

- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
- 6 Grape Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 336g Ground Plant-Based Crumbles @lightlifefoods
- Olive Oil Spray
Sauté all vegetables in a pan set to medium heat except the bell pepper. Take the bell pepper and heat it in the air fryer for 5 mins at 400 degrees.
Add meatless crumbles into the sautéed vegetables and mix for another 5 mins. Stuff the bell pepper with meatless crumbles and enjoy!
