Avocado and Kale Salad
- Protein: 9g
- Carbs: 20g
- Fat: 23g
- 128g Chopped Kale
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 102g Avocado
- 1/2 Lemon
- Dash Salt & Black Pepper
Place the avocado and kale into a bowl and massage it together for 2 – 3 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix it for 1 min. Enjoy!
