CHEAPING OUT: So many people say they want to get in better shape, then they cheap out on getting help. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years and I understand you don’t want to break the bank… … however, you get what you pay for. If you get the cheapest trainer, you won’t get the results you want. Signing up for a gym, then jumping into in-person personal training: In-person training has its limitations: I know you want a trainer to motivate you to get strong in person so you can get strong, but you know what they lack? They lack accountability procedures and the nutritional component. These trainers don’t have the knowledge and capability to hold you accountable every day to get ripped and reach your goals as fast as possible. Most trainers can only keep you accountable for about 3 hours a week. If you want to learn the right way to get ripped like my students, comment “RIPPED VEGAN” below and I’ll reach out to help you crush 2023!
