It’s my high protein espresso!

Macronutrients:
Protein: 21g

  • Carbs: 10g
  • Fat: 8g

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot coffee or 1 – 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup purified ice
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 scoop chocolate, vanilla, or coffee vegan protein

Direction:
Place all ingredients in a high power blender and blend for 20 – 30 seconds.

Place it in a drinking cup or shaker and enjoy!

Great for a pre-workout or post.
