Recap:
In while traveling I was able to find vegan alternatives and able to meal prep. The best way to really save money but also taste how natural and fresh food taste like in different countries is by shopping where the locals shop.
Veganism is growing and it’s everywhere. Just have to find some time and explore like a local. From my experience this version of tofu scramble taste a lot different when I’m in the USA. Because fruits and veggies grown from different countries will taste different according to the climate, farms, and agriculture! Try it out and really explore. Don’t just focus on eating out all the time on vacation.
This is how I’m able to stay in shape and I teach all of my clients to do the same!
