My top 3 favorite sandwiches are tuna fish, peanut butter and jelly, and ham and cheese.

I have veganize all of these, too, if you love these types of meals.

Vegan Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: 28g
  • Carbs: 38g
  • Fats: 12g

Ingredients:

  • 7.5 Slices Roasted Oven Deli @the_tofurky_company
  • 1 Slice Vegan Smoke Gouda @365.wholefoods
  • 2 Slices Multigrain Breads
  • 1 Lettuce Leaf
  • 1 Slice Tomato
  • Calorie-free Mayo @servivita_usa
  • Spicy Mustard

Directions:

Build your sandwich! Enjoy!

Vegan Tuna Fish Sandwich

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: 22g
  • Carbs: 31g
  • Fats: 5g

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack Good Catch Tuna @goodcatchfoods
  • 2 Slices Multigrain Breads
  • @365.wholefoods
  • 1 Lettuce Leaf
  • 1 Slice Tomato
  • Calorie-free Mayo @servivita_usa
  • Season salt
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Cayenne (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and build your sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Grounded Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Jelly
