Ingredients:
💥1 Cup (170g) Unshelled Edamame
💥2 Tbsp (29g) Hummus
💥1 Cup (70g) Chopped Mushrooms
💥1 Cup (125g) Black Beans
💥7.5 oz Sprouted Tofu
💥1/2 Cup (75g) Chopped Onions
💥Liquid Aminos
💥Garlic
💥Nutritional Yeast
Macronutrients:
Protein: 35g
Carbs: 38g
Fat: 18g
Directions:
First set cooling pan to medium heat and sauté the onions and mushrooms first. Put edamame beans inside the air fryer, set temperature to high and cook for about 8 – 10 mins. Take out the tofu and press and dry it before adding it to the pan.
Once onions and mushrooms are sautéed add all ingredients into the pan and stir! And cook for a few mins!
