💥1 Whole Wheat Bun
💥1/2 Cup Onions (Chopped)
💥1 Cup Mushrooms (Chopped)
💥2 Small Bell Peppers (Chopped)
💥1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
💥Servivita Calorie Free BBQ Sauce
Macronutrients:
Protein: 37g
Carbs: 60g
Fat: 13g
Directions:
Have heat on high, place all ingredients into a pan except the whole wheat bun, and cover.
Place buns into airfryer for 1 min to warm and toast. After 5 – 7 mins of cooking the sloppy joe.
