FAST MEAL PREP HACK VEGAN EGGS, SAUSAGES, AND WAFFLES!!
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Have breakfast boosts up our energy to attack the day head on. But when trying to go to work, a lot of people would go to a fast food restaurant to get there breakfast that has tons of fat and not healthy. Here is a super macro friendly breakfast that tastes good but also a lot healthier than eating fast food. This meal is fast and easy to make!

VEGAN EGGS, SAUSAGES, AND WAFFLES!!
Ingredients:
- 15 oz Sprouted Tofu (Trader Joe’s)
- 2 Gluten Free Waffles (Trader Joe’s)
- 6 Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Onions
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 81g Frozen Spinach
- 144g Strawberries
- 1 Mexican Chipotle Sausage(Field Roast)
- Dash Nutritional Yeast
- Dash Turmeric
- Garlic
- Liquid Aminos
- Calorie Free Syrup (Servivita USA)
*Tofu is for 5 Servings and if you want to lower the carbs do 1 waffle instead!
Macronutrients (with all ingredients):
Protein:83g
Carbs:87g
Fat:41g
*Tofu measured at 6oz, 1 Waffle, 72g Strawberries (Smaller Portion)
Single Serving Macronutrients:
Protein: 55g
Carbs: 57g
Fat: 22g
*If you decided to make the full portion, you can use the rest of the tofu scramble as a second meal!
Directions: Place all ingredients except waffles, syrup, and strawberries in a pan. With medium low heat. Smash tofu so it becomes like a “scramble egg” Cover and let it cook!
Place waffles in airfryer and let that heat for 1-2 mins.
Once everything is done. Build you plate add strawberries on top of waffles and pour calorie free syrup on top!
Extra tips: This is a high carb breakfast. This is why counting macros is important! If you’re trying to lose weight. This is when you want to adjust the measurements of this dish! At the end of the day it’s about portion control and how much nutrients your body is able to metabolize.
