Fast Meal Prep Hack Vegan Tapas!

Vegan Tapas
Macronutrients:
- Protein: 47g
- Carbs: 25g
- Fat: 34g
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 40g Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Cucumber (chopped)
- 1 slice Smoke Gouda @followyourheart
- 9 tbsp Just Egg @eatjust
- 1 Tofurkey Sausage @the_tofurky_company
- 4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
First, you want to chop your tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce and build your plate.
Have stovetop on medium heat and spray olive oil on an iron skillet and cook your tofurkey sausage and garlic.
Spray oil I’ve oil on a nonstick pan, set stove on medium heat, and pour just egg into the pan. Let the just egg cook all the way through.
When everything is cooked, continue to build the rest of your plate with all of the ingredients.
