When I was in between the ages of 18 and 24. I would try to go hard as I possibly can because I wanted to just build muscle fast?
It didn’t matter how bad my form was. But now in my 30’s. I learned how to train smart. You can train hard but no need to train to extreme levels.
Especially while aging. I teach aggressive workouts but I also teach a lot of proper form and technique. To make sure a person like Danny can train hard but pain free.
